About Jozsef
I graduated as a Psychologist and as a Coach. Since then I have been trying to combine my knowledge in sport. Worked with children, junior and senior athletes in several different countries and cultures. The most important goal in my life is this: make at least one person smile every day :-)

1. Keep it simple
2. Be proactive
3. Always focus on the next play
A lesson would take 45 minutes. And it is useful for everyone from 5 to 20.
