"Don't worry at all, it's totally okay to make mistakes here. This is your safe space to practice. My job is not to judge you, my job is to help you get more comfortable, step by step.
If you forget a word, I will help you. If you get nervous, we will slow down. There's no pressure to be perfect, we just need to keep trying.
Many of my students felt the same way at first - nervous to speak in public - but eventually they became confident. And you will too. So let's just enjoy learning together, okay?"
