About Margarethe
My name is Margarethe O'Hearn and my nickname is Mag. I like to be called by my first name.
I have been teaching for over 40 years in London, Saudi Arabia, and Australia.
I love encouraging students to gain a love of learning and to work at their best and their own pace.
I expect the best in every student and believe in them.
When I was young, I found learning hard so I understand the difficulties but with my own experience to try hard, have enjoyed the achievements I have made, and want the students I teach to experience the same.

I believe in differentiated instruction, technology-based learning, group learning, individual learning, inquiry-based learning, kinesthetic learning, and collaboration learning.
Typical lesson length would be between 30 to 45 minutes for young primary students and up to an hour for older students.
My qualifications consist of a Montessori Diploma and a Bachelor of Education degree from Australia.
Age group would be aimed at 3 to 8 year olds.

Details
I have over 40 years of experience working with children aged from birth to 8 years old. both in mainstream schools, long daycare centers, and pre-schools. I have spent many years working as a Montessori 3 - 6 directress as well.
