About Amanda
I’m a self acclaimed Southern writer born in Alabama, went to the College of Charleston in South Carolina where I received my BA in English and I now live in the Nashville area in Tennessee with my family of 8 where I’m starting a blog, homeschooling, and homesteading. I love Southern and British literature and writing. Awakening this love of writing and reading the English language through songs, movies, journaling and the classics is a beautiful thing for me to do. And I always learn something too from every student I have had from the classroom to online to homeschool. I’ve done it all and know everyone learns in new ways.

I make learning English fun for all ages. I will meet you with your own learning style and needs. If you like to do more audio and oral techniques or like fun games and exercises that keep you interested and learning, I can help you discover English in a new way. And one of my favorite ways which is unique to my teaching is through music and songs that you know and love. I can’t wait to welcome you into the creative world of English.
