About Alexandria
Hello! I am a patient, supportive, and professional tutor with a background in child care and working with children. I am passionate about creating a safe, encouraging, and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I provide basic-level tutoring in general history, journalism, and social studies, focusing on clear explanations, confidence-building, and helping each student better understand the material.

A typical lesson begins by reviewing the topic and identifying areas where the student needs help. We will go over the material together, discuss important concepts, and use examples to make the information easier to understand. Students will also have opportunities to ask questions and practice what they have learned.
I am patient, supportive, and committed to helping students learn at their own pace. I explain information in simple and easy-to-understand ways and encourage students to ask questions. My goal is to help students feel more confident in their learning.
My lessons are for basic and beginner-level students studying general history, journalism, and social studies. I can help high school students, college students, and adult learners who need additional support understanding course material, improving research skills, or preparing for assignments and exams.
