About Angela
I’m Lara, a Sports and Physical Health teacher. For years I’ve been travelling around the world, learning from different cultures and ways of living a simpler life—away from the city noise and the endless chase for “more and more.” All my life I was striving for perfection, until I realised that was the root of many of my problems. That’s why now I want to share the tools I’ve collected along the way, to help others face new challenges—like learning a new language. I still remember the stress and fear I felt as a teenager when studying English at an institute. That’s why I created this profile: so that anyone who wants to learn a new language can do it in a calm, fun, stress-free, and dynamic way.
