About Richa
I am a recent university graduate, and currently working from home. I appreciate that regardless of where we are in life, being able to look at our situations through a positive lens provides a firm foundation to improve them and in turn improve the state of our mental health.
I would love to support anyone who would like to learn more about thinking positively, and to help you see positive thinking beyond a cliché phrase, and to equip you access it in a way that you can personally apply to your life and can relate to on an individual level.

I would first like to have an initial session to get to know more about you and your needs, and if there are specific things you would like help with.
Based on this I will tailor a plan and discuss with you if you feel it will work for you, and if there are any changes you'd like.
Each lesson will be in an informal and comfortable setting online via Zoom/Microsoft Teams/Google Meet, while also being focused. There will be a mix of videos, presentations and 1-2-1 discussions.
My lessons are primarily aimed to assist university students, but I'm open tostudents from any background, everyone is welcome!
