I have an experience with group and one one teaching ad training. My strategy when teaching or training someone is to assess their knowledge or learning method. I prefer teaching in an organized manner. After I assess the student, I will them make a lesson. In every lesson on theory, we will them implement it through an exercise. I am empathetic and actively listens. I try to make the lesson as dynamic as possible and even provide guidelines.
