My Personal Approach to Teaching
My teaching philosophy is rooted in inclusion, empathy, and student-centred learning. I believe every student has the potential to succeed when given the right support, encouragement, and opportunities. I see myself not merely as a transmitter of knowledge but as a facilitator of learning who inspires critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and independence. I value diversity, recognise individual learning needs, and create a safe environment where mistakes become opportunities for growth. My goal is not simply to produce academically successful students but to nurture confident, reflective, and lifelong learners who can contribute meaningfully to society. For me, teaching is not about filling minds with information; it is about empowering minds to question, understand, and transform the world.
