There are different approach to teaching, I prefer the montessori way of teaching kids.
Creative ways of getting to know the interests of the child and how to channel it to learning.
Knowing the limits, strengths and weaknesses of the child.
Coming down to the child's level to get to know him/her better so to enable a flow of understanding between the both of us.
