About Lydia
Hi, I’m Lydia! I’m 28 and based in London. I’ve always loved learning, and teaching feels like a natural extension of that passion. What I enjoy most about tutoring is seeing a student’s confidence grow during our sessions — it’s so rewarding to watch someone realise their own progress. I bring patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine curiosity for learning into every lesson, and I aim to make each session both supportive and engaging. With 2 years of teaching experience and an aspiration to teach in the future, I am confident of my ability to teach in accessible and effective ways, so that you get the most out of your subject.

I offer engaging, student-centred lessons that balance clear instruction with interactive practice. My teaching style focuses on communication, confidence building, and tailoring activities to each learner’s needs and goals. A typical lesson lasts 45–60 minutes and combines structured learning with space for questions and conversation. I hold a TEFL certificate and have experience as a Teaching Assistant, teaching and supporting learners of different ages and backgrounds. My lessons are suitable for children, teenagers, university students, and adults at beginner to intermediate levels.
