About Earle
1973 Engineering graduate who has held positions as a Sr Engineer, Engineering Manager, Plant Manager, and draftsman. Changed careers into the Financial Services industry in 1990 as a stockbroker, insurance salesperson, insurance sales manager/district manager, registered principal, and Compliance Officer. Have taught as a substitute teacher grades 2-12 including long-term sub assignments. Classrooms with up to 25 students. Since 2011, have been an Adjunct Professor at Cambridge College facilitating classroom sessions for Graduate and Undergraduate studies in Accounting, Statistics, College Math, Finance, Economic, Business Ethics, Marketing Planning. Classes ranged in size from 7 students to 22 students depending on enrollment. Have migrated to remote learning in the past 2 years utilizing Zoom and over the last 2 semesters have been teaching online Marketing Courses. Have recently accepted a substitute teacher position at a local Charter school.

I have been able to sharpen my remote learning technique during the Pandemic utilizing various techniques like breakout sessions, polling, sharing screens, etc. have taught from second grade through College level. Patience approaches that stress the value of real-world experience.
