About Jo-Hannah
I have a passion for teaching, learning and research and English has been one of my favourite subjects for over a decade. I enjoy promoting analytical skills, critical thinking and discussions in my practice and have found that students who engage with literature and learning in this way come to find joy in thinking deeply and questioning the subject matter they are faced with.

My approach to learning is that it should be interactive and enjoyable. My lessons are rooted in child-centred pedagogy, where the student takes the reins in their own learning and I provide a supportive role, promoting a passion for learning and independence. I have experience in primary, secondary (y7-9) and with SEN students. The typical lesson length is an hour, but this is adaptable depending on the needs of the student.
