About Stephen
I’m a supportive and patient tutor with a coaching background, currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW). I enjoy helping students build confidence, structure, and consistency in their academic work.
My coaching experience has taught me how to meet people where they are, break goals into manageable steps, and keep things encouraging and realistic. I bring that same approach to tutoring — whether it’s helping with homework, writing assignments, study skills, or staying organized.
I’m also very involved in fitness and the gym, which has shaped how I work with students: consistency, discipline, and progress over time matter more than perfection. I focus on helping students develop habits and strategies they can actually stick with, not just quick fixes.
I’m calm, reliable, and flexible with scheduling, and I adapt my teaching style to what works best for each student. My goal is to make learning feel less overwhelming and to help students feel confident in their ability to succeed.
