About Hiba
Graduated with a Double Bachelors of Commerce and Science in 2015. Majored in Finance and Mathematical Modelling. Completed VCE in 2011 and did all the Mathematics units that were on offer at the time (Further Mathematics, Mathematical Methods and Specialist Mathematics).
Been a tutor ever since I finished high school and took it as a part time job. After becoming a mum I had to leave my corporate job so I took tutoring as my primary job. I've been an online tutor for the past 3 years and actually prefer tutoring online now. I make sure the service I provide is the same as how it would be in person and sometimes even better as the child is also in their comfort of their own home. I hold a working with children's check as well.

I have over 10 years of tutoring experience and 3 years of online tutoring experience.
I help secondary students, particularly grade 11-12
My sessions are designed asper the students needs. Before the session, I do a thorough call or send over a questionnaireto give me an idea of what to cover in the session, so time isn't wasted in the actual session on decided what to cover. Generally my sessions are 60 minutes long, however that can be extended, if the students wills.
I go over theory, worked examples and typically do a question myself, before handing it over to the student to attempt some questions on their own and check their understanding.I have a strong belief in homework and post session practice so expect some work from me after the session as well.
I have a strong knowledge of all the curriculums across the different states and am also well aware on how to use various models of calculators, both scientific and graphical.
