About Antonio Francisco Rafael
I am an athlete who has a huge passion for sports especially in the field of martial arts. Aside from being passionate, I consider myself to be a leader and the reason why I want to coach is to to lead my students to achieve their goals while being able to develop a passion for what they are learning. With the proper guidance, I believe I could give my students a fun activity while also acquiring new skills through my methodical approach.

I have been Boxing for 6 years and I have chosen to adapt the approach of how I was taught to how I teach others as well. My boxing lessons are very methodical with the prime focus of building good fundamentals first before progressing to more complex techniques. During the first few sessions I will teach the proper delivery of the basic punches like the jab, cross and hook while also incorporating proper footwork and defense.
Lessons could last for 1 hour and is for beginner to intermediate levels for all ages. No prior boxing experience is required.
