About Helen
My name is Helen Jacobson and 27 years old. I am from London, England. I have lived my whole life in various countries such as France, Italy, Finland, Wales, Switzerland Spain and very recently back to my homeland, England. I have a multicultural background which has enabled me to learn many languages and become aware of the challenges behind learning a new language.

Before official lessons, I like to establish goals with my students; what would they like to get out of it so that I can personally adapt to their needs. I will assess the level of proficiency in English and then have lessons tailor-made in order to improve on specific areas for improvement that are in line with the students learning objectives. I like to make my lessons fun and light-hearted to motivate my students. I've had years of experience teaching ESL with both children and adults, having worked in a bilingual kindergarten and an adult evening school, both in Rome, Italy. My lessons are aimed at all ages, but particularly at those who are eager to learn!
