About Larry
My confidence in teaching math comes from completing up to Algebra 2 and as a mathematics teachers aid for several years with LA Unified School District. Individual and group instructing experience. Remedial math through algebra 1 was covered at the middle and high school level as an aid.

As a tutor my approach is simple, knowledge of the subject matter is essential. Understanding the student needs and communicating at their level of math stressing basics. Then inform and enforce what is needed to bring to current class level. Fundamentals of subject will be priority from arithmetic to algebra 1.
