I try to deliver my sessions with the use of metaphors and images in an effort to break down complex scientific material into easy to understand chunks. I am patient and a natural people person therefore, I believe I have a knack at getting students to feel comfortable in my sessions so they can benefit the most from my teaching. If you have a preferred way of learning, I am open to learning to teach in a way that suits you. I gained a Biochemistry degree at the University of York as a mature student which is where I learnt I had a passion for tutoring. Throughout my studies I have tutored fellow students and also school/college students in preparation for GCSE’s and A levels.
