About Aiza
Hello! I’m Aiza, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a completed qualifying course for teaching. I have experience teaching Computer Programming and working as an IT Staff, giving me both academic and practical experience in the field of Information Technology.
I believe that learning programming and IT should not feel intimidating. My goal is to make every lesson clear, practical, and easy to understand. I patiently guide students through each concept, provide real-world examples, and give them opportunities to practice what they learn.
Whether you are a beginner who is just starting to learn programming or a college student who needs additional guidance, I will adjust my lessons according to your level, learning pace, and needs.
With my background in IT and teaching, you can expect a professional, supportive, and engaging learning experience. I want every student to not only understand the lesson but also gain the confidence to solve problems and apply their knowledge independently.
Let’s make learning IT and programming simple

My Teaching Approach
As a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a holder of a qualifying course for teaching, I combine my technical knowledge with practical teaching experience to help students understand Information Technology and Computer Programming in a simple and engaging way.
My teaching approach is student-centered and practical. I explain concepts step-by-step and use examples, demonstrations, exercises, and real-life situations to make technical topics easier to understand. I encourage students to ask questions and participate actively rather than simply memorize concepts.
For programming lessons, I focus on understanding the logic behind the code first. I guide students through algorithms, flowcharts, syntax, coding exercises, debugging, and problem-solving activities. I also adjust my teaching style depending on the student's level and learning pace.
A typical lesson begins with a short review of the previous topic and an introduction to the new lesson. I then explain the concept using simple examples and demonstrations. After the discussion, students work on guided exercises or practical activities where they can apply what they have learned.
The lesson usually follows this structure:
1. Review and readiness check
2. Introduction to the new topic
3. Step-by-step discussion and demonstration
4. Guided practice
5. Individual or practical activity
6. Feedback and correction
7. Short assessment or recap
8. Summary and assignment/practice task
What sets me apart is my combination of academic knowledge, teaching experience, and actual IT work experience. I understand that programming and IT subjects can be difficult for beginners, so I make sure to explain technical concepts in a clear, patient, and approachable way.
I also believe that students learn better when they understand why something works, not just how to do it. My goal is to develop their confidence, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to apply what they have learned independently.
My lessons are suitable for students taking Information Technology, Computer Science, and other technology-related courses. I can also help beginners and students who are starting to learn computer programming.
I am particularly comfortable teaching students at the beginner to intermediate level, including college students who need assistance with programming fundamentals, algorithms, flowcharts, basic coding, and other introductory IT topics.
I welcome students who may feel that programming is difficult or who need additional guidance outside their regular classes. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students can learn at their own pace and gradually become more confident in their technical skills.
