I had Jack as a guitar tutor for a little over a year to hone my guitar techniques, up until lockdown hit. In that time Jack taught me scales, song writing, solo work, some important theory, and grade 6/7 songs.

I've had a few different guitar tutors over the past 10 years, Jack being the most recent one - and he is by far the best one in terms of his friendliness and teaching style. Learning scales was a daunting prospect to me, but he could explain it in a manner which made perfect sense in which other sources couldn't.

I recommend Jack for anyone of any skill level - beginner or expert - and no doubt if I decide to have tutoring again, I would take up his lessons. 10/10.

Jack is a great teacher, knows all there is to know about guitar theory and his ability speaks for itself. Very friendly, takes time to listen to your thoughts and his teaching methods are simple but very effective. Definitely worth it!

Jack is a great teacher. As a complete beginner, I found Jack's profile and after a few lessons I already feel confident playing the guitar. He is very knowledgeable in practical learning techniques as well as the theory side of it too. I will continue learning with Jack and I encourage anyone else who wants to learn how to play to learn with him.
