About Kate
I received a master's degree from Indiana University in the area of biotechnology. I also studied graduate level microbiology at their medical school before leaving to spend several years in industry as a scientist at a small laboratory. I've worked in areas ranging from polymer chemistry to agriculture and cell biology. Currently I work as a chemist reviewing papers for the EPA.

I have a passion for explaining science in easily understandable bytes and helping you master a deep understanding of the subjects you need help with.
