As a former top Psychology student in the IB programme at my secondary school, I am well versed with both the content and the exam strategies needed to succeed. My tutoring approach is to explain essay techniques and build confidence through exposure to different types of questions.
My lesson content depends on the student's specific needs or weak areas. These areas could include core content, essay structures, and assessment criteria or explaining every aspect of what makes a high-scoring response. I use past paper questions and mark schemes to help students think like an examiner and master the skills needed to excel.
Lessons are usually 1 to 2 hours, but they are flexible based on the student's needs. I’ve been tutoring for the past three years across various subjects, and I specifically enjoy working with IB students. Whether you're just starting or aiming for a 7, I would love to guide you through your psychology IB journey.
