I use the approach of moving from known to the unknown to teach. Applying relevant examples to explain concepts. I love to test learners to be sure that they understand what was taught previously before moving on to other topics. Tailoring the lessons to meet the audience requirements in terms of terminologies and depth of the subject matter.
