About Atinder

A-level: A*A*A*A A in Biology, Chemistry, Panjabi, Maths and EPQ respectively

GCSE: 9 9s 2 8s ( 9s in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths)

My goal is to help students of all ages and backgrounds to have the resources necessary to achieve their academic goals. For this reason, I have volunteered to support many students in my high school life: teaching GCSE students to help them prepare for exams, sharing notes with younger years to accelerate their learning, teaching entire classrooms and even teaching primary school students how to maintain oral hygiene. Seeing the satisfaction of my students who have achieved 9s and A*s in tests and the main exams, I want to tutor more often. As a dedicated and hardworking student, I will use my notes and resources, clear communication, unique analogies and everything I have learnt to support you in your journey, boosting your confidence and academic success.

About the lesson

My technique is simple yet thorough but always personalised to you whether you're doing A-level or GCSEs. In the 1 or 2 hours I have with you, high-quality content will be conveyed with my own diagrams and detailed notes. I will work to remove doubts and solidify previous knowledge by using exam questions, followed by review to improve your exam technique. A single word can make a difference so we will make a "mark scheme cheatsheet" where key points will be noted down, avoiding silly mistakes. Like with my previous tutees, my tutoring will build your strengths and help you exceed your goals!

Having been a close friend of Atinder for nearly 4 years, I've consistently seen him be so articulate, and make it easy to understand difficult concepts, especially in Biology and Chemistry. Paired with his excellent exam technique and friendly nature, he makes for a perfect tutor. His logical approach to questions enable him to adapt to any student's needs, and his patient and understanding-first approach make every lesson highly productive, and something to look forward to. I have no hesitation in fully recommending him.
