About Rahma
I’m a policy professional with 10+ years of government experience, a Master’s degree, and an undergraduate degree. I’ve developed policy papers and analysis that have supported government decision-makers across transportation, education, anti-racism, and other policy areas. I genuinely enjoy helping students develop strong writing skills and communicate their ideas clearly, concisely, and confidently. My goal is to help you find your voice, strengthen your arguments, and present your thinking in a way that is thoughtful, organized, and easy for your reader to understand.

My approach is student-centered, practical, and tailored to each learner’s goals. I begin by understanding what you need to communicate, then help you organize your ideas, strengthen your analysis, develop clear arguments, and communicate effectively. I draw on 10+ years of government policy experience to teach policy writing, research, essays, case studies, policy options, risks, and recommendations. Lessons may include reviewing assignments, brainstorming, outlining, writing techniques, editing, and real-world policy exercises. I work with undergraduate, college, graduate, and master’s students, particularly those studying public policy, public administration, political science, government, international relations, or related fields.
