About Anthony
I’m a US native English speaker and an experienced mentor with 14+ years of guiding and teaching youth and learners from diverse backgrounds. I am 120-hour TEFL certified and highly skilled at creating engaging, flexible lessons tailored to your needs. I have extensive experience mentoring and communicating both online and in person with communities around the world, helping people improve their English for travel, work, conversation, and self-improvement. Beyond teaching, I’m a seven-time full-time marathoner and have completed a 50K in the mountains. I’ve appeared in movies and television, earned a black belt in martial arts, and am an experienced musician, DJ, cook, photographer, videographer, and content creator. I’ve traveled to 20 countries—including across the UK, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and North America—and have lived in three countries as well as multiple states and cities across the US. Through these experiences, I’ve worked with people of many cultures, backgrounds, ethnicities, races, religions, ages, and abilities, giving me strong cross-cultural communication skills and a deep appreciation for diversity.
