About Alia
I am an undergrad student currently pursuing a double major in Global Development and Governance, Leadership and Ethics. I have a strong passion for human rights and international relations. I have previous experience tutoring students in Grade 7 and 8 in English and reading but I believe my passions paired with the joy to educate other students makes me a good candidate to be a tutor.

I approach a subject based on structure and flexibility. Although I do have a base for the topics to be taught, I plan to proceed by customising my teaching methods based on my students needs. I believe that the student should enjoy learning and to do so it needs to be mutual between the mentor and the student.
