About STEFFI
An experienced teacher with an in-depth knowledge of over six years in the Secondary and Senior Secondary Education System. Had employed as a Senior-High Math Teacher at the Surabaya Cambridge school, Indonesia. As a B.Ed. and B Sc – Maths graduate with further education in Teacher Training Course, has experience teaching Mathematics from Grade 8 to Grade 12. Having gained exposure in the International Education field, and has experience in a range of international curriculums, in Indonesia and overseas, and hold extensive tutoring experience in Mathematics and Science along with examination preparation.
Enrolled on a Master in Education together with an MBA (a dual Master’s Program), studying 'Educational Leadership and Management', is capable of taking on a wide range of leadership roles. Leveraging subject knowledge and Classroom Management Skills, teaches with genuine enthusiasm and passion which has been reflected through the consistent performance of students. Believes in discipline and maintains decorum while maintaining an approachable demeanour.
Having taught at some of the leading establishments, is highly competent in using the latest teaching methods and techniques. Also, has responsibly handled leading and evaluating whole school initiatives whilst contributing to school improvement / development plans.
