About Margherita

I am a versatile girl, traveler and dreamer. I am a beginner with the lessons and I have occasionally given some individual lessons by passing on what I know. I have been playing the handpan for 5 years and I was lucky enough to meet many musicians who helped me understand the theoretical and practical techniques of and characterize the pieces with my style. I started out as a busker, later also experimenting with yoga classes, music festivals and children parties

About the lesson

My methodology is very free, the handpan is as creative and harmonious as it is magical. Lessons will be based on understanding some basic patterns for creating melodies, tempo, accents and creativity. I will try to pass on everything I have learned and understood and over time we will surely get to the bottom of freedom of expression. If you don't have a Handpan I will bring mine one so you can start making contact with the instrument to understand how to move your hands, if you have it we can meet online and I will show you the cards I prepared for the initial lessons! Perfect! Margherita is very clear at explaining the exercises, considering her 1st language is not English. I've felt very at ease to follow her instructions and am always excited about meeting for our regular weekly classes. I've progressed already in just 3/4 classes and feel that I am being taught the technical stuff, since I've never played an instrumental before and need to have a basis.
