About James
I have a master of education in teaching and learning and a graduate certificate in gifted education. I’ve worked in brick and mortar schools, with homeschooled and unschool learners, with students across demographics and ability levels. I have a strong passion for learning and my favorite part about teaching is building rapport with each learner.

All of my lessons are tailored just for you and based on your strengths, weaknesses, interests, and the subject we’re learning. I take a collaborative approach where we construct knowledge together, and build on what we learn. Through inquiry, problem solving, and utilizing higher order thinking skills, we will create a knowledge base that lasts in addition to creating a mindset that will enable the learner to continue learning on their own after our sessions.
