About Bartholomew

I'm a mother with 3 kids. I was able to get my body back after childbirth. I'm a teacher, BSc in fisheries and I have done courses on nutrition. I know nutrient requirements for each day. With it, weight loss will be easy.

About the lesson

My teaching method is based on from your day of delivery to your baby's one-year birthday. You will be able to lose weight to your desirable size. And you have to choose your time and method that suit you.
