Whether you’re aiming to enter the civil service, move within public sector roles, or explore new opportunities, I’ll work with you to unlock your potential and help you stand out from the crowd. My approach is supportive and tailored to your needs — from improving CVs and STAR examples to mock interviews and career planning. I bring real recruitment experience and a deep understanding of what hiring managers seek, especially within public sector frameworks. Outside of work, I’m a keen guitar player and enjoy coaching others, so I know the value of patience, practice, and progress. My hourly rate is fully inclusive — we can use the time however suits you best, whether that’s reviewing a CV, drafting STAR examples, preparing for interviews, or talking through your career goals. Each session is flexible and focused on making meaningful progress. And no — I won’t be watching the clock or charging extra if we run 10–15 minutes over. The aim is to leave you with real clarity and confidence, not stress about the clock.
