About Vincent
I am an exchange student from the German Sport University in Cologne, currently studying at the Victoria University the master program Sport Business and Integrity for one semester in Melbourne. I got my bachelor degree in Sport Science and I am working since 2 years part time as a personal trainer and consultant in the are of sport. Whatever knowledge you require, I can teach you. From classical personal training for muscle strenghtening or reducing fat to rehabilitation exercises and nutrition plans. Further, business related consultancy is also offered trough my working experience in sport management as I worked for for several years as an marketing and communications manager in a german stock market company.
I am looking forward to meet you and to learn something from you as well!

Unfortunately, in the business of personal trainers, this is done too less nowadays through the amount of unqualified personal. Following injuries and serious health risks are the consequence.
