I am a general surgery resident. I graduated from Harvard Medical School. I am passionate about helping others succeed in their academic journey. I have been a tutor for 10 years. I tutored Organic Chemistry for Kaplan, and during my undergraduate studies, I tutored students at all levels of science.

I cultivate a student-centered approach to teaching. I create individual lesson plans tailored to the unique needs and learning styles of my tutees.
My lesson plans start with the objective we are trying to achieve. I will assess your knowledge of the subject, which I will use to curate a lesson plan for the new concepts. New materials are presented through various methods, including lectures, demonstrations, videos, open-ended questions, and interactive learning. There will be guided and independent practices, with assessments on new material. At the end of each lesson, a summary will be provided, outlining your understanding of the material.
As your tutor, I'm committed to your success. I take the time to understand my tutee's strengths and weaknesses, provide a supportive learning environment, and maintain an open line of communication.
