About Sara
My name is Sara, I am studying an Arts and Humanities (English Literature) degree with the hopes to become a qualified teacher. I have a passion for teaching secondary students as I recognise some teachers and their methods can be rather outdated and do not cater to specific needs of students. I always aim to encourage learning and ensure my students leave each session feeling more confident in themselves and their abilities. I achieved A grades in GCSEs and strive to ensure my students achieve the same.

Lessons will be 45 minutes - 1 hour and a free initial 20 minute consultation to assess the level of the student and devise an effective plan to elevate their knowledge, skills and confidence for their exams. Methods of teaching will vary as I understand every student is different e.g. creating eye-catching graphics for visual learners, repetitive quizzing for those who struggle to memorise, etc. All 11-16 students are welcome but students in Years 10-11 will benefit the most.
