I am a qualified, SEN specialist GCSE English tutor, GCSE Examiner and ex SEND Lead with over 15 years of teaching and coaching experience, supporting students of all abilities, but especially those who are neurodivergent, dyslexic, autistic or have ADHD. My teaching approach is highly personalised, combining structured GCSE exam preparation with creative, confidence-building techniques that help students feel understood, motivated and successful. I use multisensory strategies, clear step-by-step guidance and tailored resources to make learning accessible and engaging.
Lessons are typically 45 minutes long and are delivered online in a calm, supportive environment designed to reduce anxiety and build independence. I work with secondary school students preparing for GCSE English Language and Literature, as well as younger learners who need additional support with reading, writing, comprehension and exam confidence.
My students consistently achieve excellent results and make significant progress academically and emotionally, developing both stronger grades and greater self-belief.
