About Cameron
Cameron Malhi:
A dedicated Maths tutor with over 3 years of tutoring experience and a proven track record of helping students excel. Every new student receives a free taster session so we can identify strengths, target weaknesses and create a clear plan to reach and exceed their goals.
My lessons follow a highly effective 80/20 split:
. 80% focused on exam-style questions to build speed, accuracy and confidence.
. 20% targeted revision to strengthen knowledge and fill gaps.
This approach ensures my students are fully prepared for exam pressure while mastering the content.
I hold bring both academic excellence and teaching experience to every session - achieving a First in my first year of my Mathematics degree at the University of Nottingham, alongside A* in Maths.

Initially, I will put together an assessment which would be carried out in the first lesson. From this I will assess and derive weak areas and target those topics more specifically in future lessons.
run-through of lessons:
- 10 minutes of active recall from previous lessons
- 35 minutes of learning new topics
- 15 minutes of exam questions to consolidate knowledge.
From my experience of tutoring and learning myself these methods have given the best results.
