About Eve
As a 21-year-old woman in STEM, I understand that maths can feel overwhelming. Throughout my education, I had a love-hate relationship with the subject, and I realised that confidence plays a huge role in success. Some topics can seem impossible at first, but during my Financial Mathematics degree I discovered that maths is a bit like building with Lego – you don't solve the hardest problems straight away; you build your understanding piece by piece until everything starts to fit together.
That is the approach I take when teaching. My goal is not just to help students improve their grades, but to build their confidence and show them that anyone can succeed in maths with the right support, patience and practice. I tailor every lesson to the individual, creating a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.

I am a Financial Mathematics graduate from Cardiff University, expecting to graduate with First Class Honours. I have a strong mathematical background and particularly excel in statistics, achieving 90% in Econometrics.
My teaching focuses on building understanding and confidence by breaking complex topics into simple, manageable steps. Lessons are tailored to each student's needs, whether they are preparing for exams, improving confidence or aiming for top grades.
I offer 60-minute online or in-person lessons in Ipswich for GCSE and A-Level Maths, including Pure Mathematics and Statistics.
