I have lots of experience teaching alongside my father (mathematician) at several private tutoring sessions. This includes GCSE and A-Level Mathematics. I have further experience leading a maths club at my school.

I like to teach the topic while encouraging the student to ask question. I feel it is very important the student becomes familiar to the subject so I encourage doing questions related to the topic during the session. I hope this helps!
