As an academically driven individual, I have always had a deep appreciation for the importance of education. Having recently completed my A-Levels and being on the threshold of medical school, I've had the privilege of experiencing quality education firsthand. This journey has instilled in me a strong desire to share my knowledge and empower others. Tutoring, for me, is not just about imparting subject matter expertise; it's about fostering a growth mindset in students. With a foundation of private tutoring experience teaching 11+ and GCSE students, as well as an additional six months with a professional company teaching GCSE maths in more depth, I have refined my tutoring technique to match a diverse range of learning styles. My approach is centred around encouraging students to identify their areas of improvement and collaboratively devising strategies to address them.
My lessons will typically be 1 hour long. I ask that students inform me in advance of what they wish to go over in the next lesson, so I can spend the weekend before preparing resources and structuring the session.
