I tutor GCSE and A-Level OCR Biology, and my goal is to make the subject feel much less overwhelming. I explain topics in a clear, simple way, using diagrams, examples, and active recall so the information actually sticks. We also practise exam-style questions regularly, because getting used to the wording is half the battle. Lessons are usually one hour, but I’m flexible if you prefer longer sessions. Every lesson is personalised around what you need, whether that’s understanding tricky content, improving exam technique, or building confidence with revision. I recently completed the course myself, achieving an A in Biology and A*/B in my other subjects, so I understand the current specifications and how questions are marked.
