About Uzmaan
As a First Class Honours Biomedical Science graduate and qualified secondary school science teacher, I bring over four years of classroom experience teaching GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Physics. I have supported students of all abilities, from those needing to build confidence to those aiming for the highest grades.
My lessons are professional, well-structured and tailored to each student's individual needs. I combine strong subject knowledge with proven teaching strategies and up-to-date GCSE exam expertise to help students make measurable progress. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel confident, challenged and motivated to achieve their best.

My approach to tutoring is personalised, supportive and results-focused. I believe every student can succeed when lessons are adapted to their individual learning style, pace and needs. I take the time to identify knowledge gaps, explain challenging concepts in a clear and engaging way, and provide plenty of guided practice to ensure students gain both understanding and confidence.
As a classroom teacher, I have extensive experience with the GCSE curriculum and exam techniques, enabling me to prepare students not only to understand the content but also to perform well in assessments. I create a positive, patient and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, as this is an essential part of learning.
