About Thaalinee
I am a 19 year old undergraduate student. I always love children and spent most of my childhood teaching my siblings and my friends during my free time. During my long holidays, I started taking on a few small tuition assignments to get some experience. I realised I enjoyed those classes over all my part time jobs as I could bond and watch these students grow and improve. That led to me taking up tuition as my permanent part time job.
When I was a student, the tradition teaching methods never worked for me, just "copy and paste"ing knowledge without understanding it properly. I had many tutors and I realised for each subject and each phase of my life, different tutoring techniques worked better. This opened me to the idea of a flexible teaching style. It also showed through the improvements my tuition students made.
In my free time I also choreograph dances and perform. I also do a lot of digital art nowadays.

My tutoring style is flexible and changes based on the students needs. As a general starting point I would assess the student's abilities in assessments and diagnose where the student struggles. From there we will tackle the students weak points. Subsequently, we will further improve their confidence as a whole on the subject. Lastly, practicing papers and higher order questions to challenge the student's mind and make sure they are extra prepared for their upcoming exams and even start preparing subsequent grades.
