About Shi Zai
I have loved maths and science since I was a child. My passion for maths and science has led me to receive Gold and merit awards in multiple maths competitions and completing my A-Levels 2 years early at the age of 15. But as I grew up, I received little to no support in my learning journey, which is why I hope to be able to help other improve their mathematical skills. As my age would be fairly close to those of my students, the lessons would be a lot more easier and relaxing.

I tailor my lessons to the learning style and pace of each student. I will usually look through the student's past papers and assignments to pinpoint their weaknesses and work on them until the student is confident in that area. I prioritize the student fully understanding one topic than to go through multiple topics and them not fully grasping any one of them.
My lessons usually last an hour long. However I can adjust the lesson length to the student's preferences.
I have been tutoring for almost 2 years since I was in year 11. I've tutored students from my school, private students and students from tutoring centres. I've received positive feedbacks from all my students and their parents, reporting an improvement in their maths and science grades. I finished my GCSEs in year 10 and my A-Levels in year 11. I am currently 16 years old in my gap year with offers to study maths at UCL and Warwick.
