About Oyin
I am a student that has recently finished school. I am offering English tutoring, with a specialisation in English Literature for GCSE students. I hope to help students achieve their desired grade, whether it is to pass or receive an A. I am well versed in the study of the English language and am familiar with quite a few curriculums.

I am 18 years old, so I won't be much older than many of the students I teach. This means that I'm up to date on how schools are teaching and what is expected. My lesson structure is quite simple, I like to see what type of student I am about to teach, whether they learn visually, kinesthetically, audibly, etc. For older students, I try and find out what their individual goals are, so that my lessons will help them achieve that. I think it's really important for students to be interested in what they are learning so I spend a lot of time trying to make each lesson engaging rather than having it feel like a lecture. For secondary school English students, I strongly advise a group class rather than an individual one.
