About Mengjie
Hi, I am Mengjie.
I have just graduated from UNSW with a Bachelor of Industrial Design and am about to commence a Masters of Construction Management in 2021.
I grew up in the city of Nanchang in China and have spent the last 5 years in Sydney for my university studies. My extensive experience volunteering for campus societies and VIVID Syndey has equipped me with strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Mandarin and English. I am well familiarised with HSK textbooks and New Practical Chinese Reader. I'm keen to help people of any age who want to learn Mandarin through fun, engaging, approachable and clear teaching.

Perfect! Mengjie is a bright young lady! She tested my son’s Chinese skills for an extensive hour and was able to identify very easily what his strengths are and how to use them for his advantage. She also identified what his weaknesses are and set a clear plan to improve them. I really appreciated that she sat with me and explained in details how the future lessons will be structured.
