About Shimei

I am a TEFL certified, South African tutor, teaching English online. I love helping people learn to use the English language properly and seeing them progress from beginner to proficient. I am eager to help you on this journey! It is indeed a difficult one - learning a new language - but totally worth it!

About the lesson

I believe that the lesson should be based on what the student needs at the point in time. If you are looking to improve your speaking, a conversational lesson would be best. If you have an essay due and you need help with it, I can give you guidelines, etc.

The point is, whatever your need is, that's what the lesson will be focused on!
