About Emma
Hi there! I am Emma and I work full time as a Primary School Teacher. I have a passion for teaching and love to work with children. I recently moved from Fife to South Ayrshire and I am enjoying working in a small rural village school. I
I completed my HNC in Early Education and Childcare at Aberdeen college. I then went onto complete my Master of Arts (honours) degree in Primary Education at the university of Dundee. During this time, I worked part time during term time and full time during holidays at after school clubs. I worked my probation year in a large school in Fife and moved to South Ayrshire where I now teach in a multi-composite rural school. I am available any weeknights, weekends or daytime during school holidays.

I believe children learn best when they build good relationships and enjoy what they are doing. When tutoring, I like to build a good relationship with the pupil I am teaching. I try to create all lessons to be stimulating and engaging to ensure children show enthusiasm and enjoyment towards what they are learning. I provide a range of both active and written tasks to support progression and development.
