About Aine

I am a fully qualified primary school teacher, I have experience working with KS1 and a vast amount of experience working with KS2. I am skilled in providing high quality learning experiences and I am dedicated to inspiring learners to reach their full potential.

About the lesson

The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires. ~William Arthur Ward

This quote embodies the core of my teaching philosophy. I do not simply want to teach my students I want to ignite within them passion and enthusiasm, for both learning and knowledge.

I love the day to day challenges and the unexpected nature of the teaching profession and believe an open-minded, flexible, and confident approach is fundamental to overcoming these experiences. I pride myself in the strong relationships that I build, with the pupils in my class, which are rooted in mutual respect. This has been recognised throughout my years of teaching. My lessons are fun; I enjoy hearing laughter in my lessons, as I feel children learn best when they are motivated and have their interests engaged.

Fully qualified primary teacher with over 3 years experience in the classroom and online.
